Digital support during the corona crisis

The coronavirus COVID-19 is presenting new challenges to work and business as we knew it: home office, digital work, leading virtual teams and a blurring of lines between work and private life all come with risks and opportunities.

As part of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), the Fürstenberg Institut’s counsellors and coaches will remain available to the employees of all our customer companies via online videos and phone calls if they feel mentally stressed by being in quarantine or are worried about, for example, their health, their economic situation or that of their family members.

New digital services

Together we can overcome the corona crisis both as people and as companies. With some helpful tips and recommendations for action, the Fürstenberg counsellors offer support that is independent of time and place in the form of short videos and fact sheets on all topics that are now important in business life in order to maintain health and strengthen employees.
