About us

Mental Health Programme for your employees

Professional and private stress situations not only affect the personal satisfaction, performance and motivation of employees. They can also have a negative impact on health, increase sick leave, lead to a brain drain and thus reduce the success of the company.

Against this background, the Fürstenberg Institute was founded more than 30 years ago and Employee Assistance Program was established in Germany. Today we are active and recognised nationwide as a market and quality leader.

Our networked, multilingual offering includes systemic face-to-face counselling in our institutes, many digital modules on current leadership topics, a coaching offer, the Fürstenberg Academy, organisational consulting and the Work-Life Service.

Day after day, Fürstenberg employees work with enthusiasm and passion to make the working world a little better.

Many renowned companies - from international corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises from all sectors - use our services to optimally strengthen the health and performance of their employees and thus improve the mental health of their workforce.
