Longstanding, successful customer relations are not without their reasons. As part of our quality management work, we gather regular, anonymous feedback from the people who use our counselling services.

Even after just one counselling session, there are often positive effects on work activities.

  • 98.1% of the people in counselling rate our Employee Assistance Program as good or very good
  • Almost 100% would recommend the Fürstenberg Institut to their colleagues
  • 77% immediately felt powerful positive effects of the counselling on their work activities
