myFürstenberg: Online from October!

We have completely redesigned our customer login for you with a lot of passion and added many new tools! Your employees will be able to use myFürstenberg from the beginning of October. Do you already have questions about the new platform? You will find the answers here!

  • myFürstenberg is the new mental health platform of the Fürstenberg Institut. Here your employees will find the familiar functions from the former customer login area, e.g. the online calendar for booking a consultation and the free registration for our events. A new addition is a self-help area: in our extensive media library, your employees and managers will find lots of exciting content in the form of videos, podcasts, meditation exercises and documents that they can access on demand at any time. In this way, each person will find what suits their concerns. Another new feature is that your employees can create an individual profile for themselves. This allows them to save content such as a 5-minute meditation for their lunch break. However, the option of using the general company access still remains.

  • myFürstenberg will go online from 05/10/2022.

  • The previous customer login area will be replaced by myFürstenberg. Until 31/12/2022, your employees can nevertheless still log in with the old access data of the previous login area, but you as contact persons should communicate the new access data as soon as possible before publication so that all functions can be used.

  • At MyFürstenberg, your employees will find the familiar functions of the online calendar for booking a consultation and registering for our events free of charge. A new feature is a self-help area: in our extensive media library, your employees and managers will find lots of exciting content in the form of videos, podcasts, meditation exercises and documents that they can access on demand at any time. In this way, each person finds what suits their concerns.

  • You will receive your new company access data for myFürstenberg on the 28th of September. In future, this access data will include your company name as a user name and a PIN. With these access data, your employees and managers have the choice of using the general company access or creating an individual profile. If only the media library is used, no individual registration is required.

  • Your employees and managers can create an individual profile with a password of their choice at myFürstenberg. This also allows them to save content such as a 5-minute meditation for their lunch break. However, the option to use the general company access if the person only wants to look at media and does not want to make use of a specific service remains available.

  • To ensure that only current employees can create a profile, the company PIN is changed at regular intervals (probably once a year) or at the request of the client company. We will inform you of new data in good time before the change so that you can inform your employees. All users who have a profile for this company must then use the new PIN to verify that they continue to work for the company.

  • Furthermore, your employees use the services of the Fürstenberg Institute anonymously. We therefore do not provide a list of active users at any time. However, the company's PIN is changed at regular intervals and all employees must enter this new PIN for verification. Former employees then do not have access to the new PIN, which is why their accounts are deactivated and deleted after a period of time.

  • We take every precaution to protect your employees' data as much as possible. All our servers are located in Germany and we work with an experienced agency that takes care of the hosting. We collect data according to the minimum principle, i.e. only when it is urgently needed and appropriate. Your employees also still have the option to register and receive advice anonymously or with a pseudonym.

  • The content of myFuerstenberg is partly hosted on external platforms, such as Vimeo or Soundcloud. If your users experience difficulties accessing the content, please contact your internal IT and have them check whether the relevant pages may be accessed in your company. As this is very individual depending on the company, your own IT is the best contact in this regard.

  • In the first step, myFuerstenberg including the media will be available in German and English. The appointment booking of the online calendar is also available in all other relevant languages in which your employees can book a consultation with us.

  • Yes! Until myFürstenberg is online, you will receive further information from us - also to pass on to your employees. This includes a FAQ on myFürstenberg especially for your employees.
