The counselling and referrals process

Needs-based solutions in just a few steps.

  1. Employees of our business customers call us at the free telephone number or fill in our contact form online and state the name of their company and their question.
  2. To begin with, the person’s needs are analysed. The following aspects are taken into consideration:
    • The situation regarding the family or individual
    • Regional conditions and the space available
    • Time aspects
    • Legal and financial conditions
    • Expectations regarding quality and price
  3. The counsellor researches the necessary information and sends the employee the first set of documents.
  4. The counsellor contacts the employee and follows up from the first conversation. Together, solutions are developed and individual expectations are matched with the given possibilities. In the event that a referral is desired, the specific referral requirement is documented.
  5. The counsellor researches a needs-based solution, taking into account the preferred conditions, and then sends the employee a set of offers.
  6. After consultation with the employee, contact to the chosen offer is made.
