Hygiene measures for face-to-face counselling

As of 4 May 2020, face-to-face counselling under strict hygiene and safety conditions will be possible again in our institutes, in addition to telephone and video online counselling.

Currently, we offer face-to-face counselling only for vaccinated, recovered or tested persons (3G rule). Please bring appropriate proof with you. Corona rapid tests are available free of charge at the reception of our institutes upon request. Please allow 20 minutes in advance if you wish to be tested on site.

The following hygiene measures must be observed from now on by all visitors to the Fürstenberg institutes:

Hygiene measures for visitors to the Fürstenberg institutes

  • Please only enter the institute wearing a face mask.
If you do not have one, the reception staff will provide you with a disposable mask.
  • Please wash your hands thoroughly when entering the institute and disinfect them.
Sufficient disinfectant is available in the bathrooms.
  • We can guarantee a minimum distance of 1.5 metres between counsellor and client in the counselling rooms.
Counselling for couples is offered in larger rooms so that the distances can be maintained.
  • Please also maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres in public spaces like the reception, the waiting room and the bathroom.
  • Whenever possible, please cough or sneeze into paper tissues or into your elbow.
Dispose of the tissue immediately in the provided bins.
  • We recommend continuing to use the telephone or video online counselling to people in risk groups (e.g. over 60 years old), pregnant women and those with previous conditions such as cardiovascular diseases (e.g. coronary heart disease and high blood pressure), chronic lung diseases (e.g. COPD), chronic liver diseases, diabetes mellitus (sugar illness), cancer, a weakened immune system (e.g. due to an illness leading to an immune weakness), as well as people whose immune system is influenced or weakened through regularly taking medicine, such as cortisone.
